Equipping essential knowledge and survival skills to escape fires is paramount, especially for our young learners. On November 4, all staff, teachers, and students at Wisdomland District 6 participated in a highly beneficial fire safety training session, led by dedicated firefighters.
During the session, which included simulated scenarios, the children practiced staying calm, avoiding panic, moving in a crouched position, and covering their noses and mouths with a damp cloth. Additionally, the teachers and staff were trained on evacuation procedures, the use of fire safety equipment, and adaptable response skills for handling emergencies. Wisdomland would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the policemen for providing our teachers and students with such practical and valuable knowledge!
